The South Indian School, Shahganj Jaunpur is a private Christian minority institution, established by THOMAS THOMAS from Kerala, For the promotion of educational and other welfare developement of Uttar Pradesh. (the school is established under the Protection Act of art 30(I) of the indian Constitution for the advancement of Christian ideals of faith, hope and charity. The school is open to all irrespective of religion,cast and community.)
The main aim of The South Indian School is the enhancement of good education and encouragement of communal harmony amongst its students. Great importance is attached to physical training, computer education and other cocurricular and extra-curricular activities so as to enable a child to develop a healthy body in addition to a healthy mind.
The South Indian School offers an environment that is skilfully utilised for the purpose of proper motivation. Well thought of and well-planned learning situations and activities are provided to each child to enable him or her to undertake and fulfil personal responsibilities, as well as to evolve progressive ethical standards.
